This past December 2025, we executed a precision Austin concierge delivery of “Lady,” a Goldendoodle we have been raising and training since May 2025. Her new family—a busy young couple with children in Barton Hills—didn’t want a “project” for Christmas. They wanted a family member who was ready to join the rhythm of their home on Day One.

Why We Route Through Houston for Austin Deliveries

Flying directly into Austin often involves smaller regional jets or connecting flights, which adds unnecessary handling and stress for a dog. Instead, we flew United First Class directly into Houston (IAH).
- The Flight: Lady traveled in the cabin at our feet, calm and secure. No cargo, no temperature risks.
- The Drive: We rented a Mercedes-Benz GLS AMG for the drive from Houston to Austin.
Why the upgrade? Because a 2.5-hour drive on Texas highways requires stability. The GLS AMG offered a quiet, smooth, and spacious environment for Lady to decompress after her flight. By the time we arrived in Austin, she wasn’t stressed or carsick—she was rested and ready to meet her new kids.
In-Home Integration for a Turnkey Christmas
We arrived in Barton Hills, one of Austin’s most scenic and established neighborhoods, to meet Lady’s new family.
This wasn’t a drop-off; it was an integration.
This family has young children and a busy schedule. They didn’t have 6 months to teach a puppy not to nip at the kids or how to sleep through the night. We did that for them. Lady had been in our curriculum since May, learning the rules of living in a home so her new owners didn’t have to teach them.
We spent the afternoon in their home, transferring the leadership role. We showed the kids how to give commands Lady already knew and set up her designated “place” in the living room. By the time we left, Lady wasn’t just a guest; she was part of the pack.

We treat the logistics of the return trip with the same discipline as the delivery, ensuring we are back in Kentucky on schedule to continue training the next class of puppies.
